How can you change it up?

You’ll be aligned to the software development team, acting as the guardian of products, collaborating with the entire team to ensure that products are delivered successfully, within the Agile framework. You’ll be taking business requirements, prioritising them according to business needs, and translating them into feasible features to be worked on by the development team.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

- Leading stakeholder engagement

- Translating business needs into testable software features

- Organising and planning input for a quarterly Planning Increment meetings

- Leading backlog refinement with the development team;

- Facilitating technical workshops and training sessions alongside the Scrum Master

- Analysing performance of and the effect of delivered improvements.

What will you bring to the role?

You’ll have some previous experience working within an Agile software delivery team, as well as great analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll also have;

- An understanding of Test-Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development

- Experience facilitating value stream mapping sessions

- Experience creating BPMN documentation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Effective organisation and prioritisation skills, able to deliver deadlines under pressure
