At Berneslai Homes, responding effectively and professionally to our customers’ queries is really important to us. In this varied role, you will address questions regarding vacant properties, re-housing, exchanges, garage lettings and other related issues,
as well as provide administrative support to the wider lettings team.
While any lettings experience would be great, it isn’t essential. What is more important is that you are an excellent communicator, with an organised, helpful and customer-focused approach. You should possess at least four GCSEs (Grade A-C) or equivalent and, if not direct experience of, then a keen interest in supporting vulnerable people - as this will form part of the role too. We would also expect you to have working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
