Key Responsibilities









Ensure that all meetings rooms are ready to go each day as per the booking requirements.



Have total ownership of designated floors and the surroundings areas to ensure the best work experience



Collaborating with IT, maintenance, cleaning and other key departments to ensure timely reporting and closing out of tickets and jobs



Develop and maintain fantastic communication with key colleagues



Fostering and living a team spirit culture attending daily Team Boards meetings to ensure all departments are communicating key events and working in collaboration



Manage stationery stock within the copy hubs



Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks on photocopiers and other office equipment



To be an ambassador for the Pearson app using the technology to support managing the floors as well as encouraging personnel to use daily



Daily management of meeting rooms as per the Playbook



Support the Facilities Manager in the management of all sub-contracted services and ensure all services provided are resourced and maintained to a high standard and within the client’s guidelines. Including the competent completion of inductions, ATWs, DRAs when required



Report health and safety hazards and raise tickets to both facilities and IT related Helpdesk



General manual handling



Support the Facilities Manager in monitoring services and suppliers and ensure that the required standards are maintained ensuring SLA’s & KPI’s are achieved as well ensuring the site remains compliant with current Health & Safety legislation at all times. Including but not limited to, workrite, firerite, first aid and fire wardens



Issuing and management of keys for lockers and pedestals



Ensure all building communication is up to date and in line with company expectations and have relevant, in date information displayed at all times. Including, but not limited to, building notice boards, Clip frames, floor maps and NEO



Assist the Facilities Management team in the processes of minor move related requests when required



Become a Moves and Changes liaison, provide portering and planning support when required



To be familiarised with the front desk roles to provide cover as and when required



Assist with issuing and delivery of lost and forgotten passes when applicable



Maintain and update spacewalker, Staff Finder and Centerstone data systems



Ad hoc admin duties



Support the clear desk policy to ensure desk are hygienically cleaned



Ensure wastepaper is placed in the confidential bins only



To drive positive feedback and aim to increase the annual satisfaction survey by 5%



To complete all E Learning modules on time and with no manager escalation



To be a champion and advocate for CBRE four key values, which serve as the foundation
