Role Purpose





The Workplace Concierge team is here to deliver a 7-star service providing services and assistance to our homebased employees.



This position is the central point for most home user’s, so it is important to show a friendly and professional approach to their needs.

Key Responsibilities





• To provide an excellent experience to all homebased employees • Embody the 7- star approach • To complete various requests such as stationery orders, furniture orders, IT enquiries, DSE assessment bookings. • To provide shredding services. • To work closely with the FM’s and FA’s at various sites across the UK & Ireland. • Taking Team video calls whilst providing a professional image. • Collect various data on a day to day basis. • Using service now to report issues, bookings & logging completed jobs. • Being able to demonstrate the use of our online mailing and printing systems. • Managing all communications and responding in a timely manner • Develop and maintain fantastic communication with key colleagues • Collaborating with IT, maintenance, cleaning and other key departments to ensure timely reporting and closing out of tickets and jobs • Role expectation is 50% home based and 50% office based with travel to all UK offices expected
