We have an excellent opportunity within our Customer Service Team at Norwich Station for an Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator.
Role and Accountability:
We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to provide our customers with excellent service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gateline facility (ATGs.) In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gateline (ATG's),
fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy.
Experience, knowledge and Qualifications Required:
If you are flexible and customer focused, this could be the role for you. You will also need to be a problem solver, and be able to think on your feet, as you will encounter many different situations on a daily basis.
