The opportunity
As a Marketing Assistant within our Brand & Marketing team, every day is different. You’ll be a key support to the management, development and implementation of new and exisiting propositions aimed at helping to grow and optimise customer experience and lifetime value.
You’ll develop a strong understanding of our energy propositions, customer journeys,
competitor offerings and customer experience design principles and approaches.
Alongside this, you’ll help monitor performance and optimise exisiting propositions to best meet customer needs and optimise customer lifetime value.
Within this role you’ll seek new ways to simplfy, optimise and improve how we manage and develop propositions and work across multiple projects dealing with multiple stakeholders of varying levels.
You’ll work closely with the Propositions & Customer Experience Manager and provide regular clear and concise updates on progress of multiple projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have experience within Marketing, however, experience is not needed as training will be given.
The successful candidate will have full support from the hiring manager and given the experience to grow and develop their skills in the exciting fast paced Residential Energy Marketing team.
