As a Digital Product Owner within our Marketing team, every day is different. You’ll be a key strategic and operational part of the team that works on the continuous improvement of our website.
You’ll define a prioritised programme of digital journey optimisations and lead a scrum team of content, SEO, CRO, UX / UI experts and external agency developer resource to deliver the pipeline of change.
Within this role you’ll work closely with stakeholders across various levels to ensure business priorities are met and you are able to maximise value.
You’ll proactively identify and investigate new customer opportunities, including tools, services, processes and vendors to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
You will also lead insight generation, value assessment and identify CX opportunities that help shape the digital change pipeline.
What we’re looking for
Being a Product Owner at EDF you’ll need to be an experienced channel and / or Product Owner with experience of defining and delivering a pipeline of digital change using agile methods and tools.
We’re looking for someone who is a strong team leader and who is able to inspire colleagues and deliver high performance at pace.
You’ll be a strategic thinker who is analytical with a proven commercial track record in managing sales and service development roadmaps through to point of delivery.
