Job description

Experience selling software products to real estate / property customers is required for this role

As a fully remote SaaS Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for Alto (a Houseful brand) by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within the property industry.

Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : identify new business opportunities by targeting companies that would benefit from the company’s SaaS offerings through outbound prospecting (cold calling and inbound lead follow-up
- Client Consultation : understand client pain points and business goals, conduct a needs analysis to tailor product presentations and address customer challenges






- Solution Selling : advise on how our company’s SaaS solutions can meet client requirements and present proposals, pricing models, and negotiate contracts to close deals
- Market Research : keep yourself and your team informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions
- Teamwork : Establish great relationships with your team and directors, providing ongoing value and insights on industry trends and software best practices

Requirements

- 3+ years experience in B2B software / SaaS sales in the property, proptech or real estate industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter and able to work independently
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
