Working in the Master Data Governance team (MDG), you will perform a vital function to ensure SAP NWBC (NetWeaver Business Client), or it’s replacement, supports the business process and to drive improvement opportunities.
The role will collaborate with a wide spectrum of business users who interact with Product Data and Change Management including Marketing, Product Commercialization, Engineers, Commercial Sales Teams, Buyers, Supply planners, Manufacturing, Marketing and Quality Assurance teams.
May participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions. May serve as business liaison to IT.
Ensures effective communication across teams / functions. Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.

Some of the things you can expect to do in this role :
Responsibility for managing process governance to the Change Management tool for the implementation of changes or deviations to parts and processes.
Provide technical support and drive implementation when needed through the Engineering Change Management process from end-to-end.
You’ll be part of the MDG team and will work with Teams based in our Europe, Asia, and US factories, ensuring global alignment and sharing of best practices.
To manage the governance program to ensure effective change management for global part and process changes.
Provide support to enable change management practises and tools to be utilised.
Project manage planning, development, and implementation of all process changes.
To manage stakeholders and ensure all necessary inputs for a successful change introduction are met.
Manage technical issues and escalate where appropriate.
Ensure continual global sharing of best practice and improvement.
About You :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of any field or equivalent.
Typically, 5 years + relevant experience.
Experience in SAP S4HANA ERP and product transfer knowledge.
Experience in SAP NWBC
Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain environment.
Strong understanding of managing changes of products and processes.
Relevant previous experience of Manufacturing / Engineering processes, tools and techniques
Excellent analytical skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
High level of spoken and written of English.
Requires general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures to accomplish job.
