General Manager - Leeds
General Manager 35,000 per annum Leeds

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager in Leeds City Centre.
Location : LS1
Rate of pay : £35,000 per annum
Working pattern : 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with catering services
- Create and manage budgets, keep track of expenses,
and increase profits by controlling costs and setting the right prices
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the catering service, including food preparation, service delivery, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and track plans to grow and improve the business, such as updating the menu, promoting services, and finding new ways to serve clients better
- Encourage the team to provide great service and come up with creative ideas for the café and events
