Experience selling software products to real estate / property customers is required for this role
As a remote Account Manager at Alto (a Houseful brand), you will manage client relationships within the Property Industry.
You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers are fully leveraging Alto’s platform to meet their business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Client Management : be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional value
- Retention & Growth : lead contract renewals and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value and revenue growth and mitigate churn
- Client Onboarding :
ensure a smooth and efficient transition onto the Alto Software platform through training and troubleshooting issues
- Advocacy : act as the voice of the customer within Alto Software and relaying client feedback to product development and customer success teams
- Data reporting : monitor and report on client account health, usage metrics, satisfaction levels, and help clients improve their usage of Alto
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or relationship management in the SaaS & property industry
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the software implementation lifecycle
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights for clients
- Proficient in CRM tools and familiar with account management software
