Job Title: Lead Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to oversee engineering operations in a hospital environment in Birmingham. You will be responsible for supervising a team and ensuring the seamless operation of critical building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of HVAC,





electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

- Relevant engineering qualifications (Mechanical/Electrical).
- Proven leadership experience in a facilities or hospital setting.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
