Job Description for Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN Qualified):
Recruit by Nature’s main aim is to give all Registered Nurses the opportunity to enhance their nursing careers which is why we are looking for a passionate, driven and committed full time Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) on days to join our private healthcare clients care team within a leading and respected Nursing Home based in Boston.
The Nursing Home have a very supportive nursing team with Registered Nurses in the management team working supernumerary to support the Nurses and the Nursing Home to run smoothly. The nursing care team are also committed in helping Nurses achieve their full potential and also supporting their career development path
Job Requirements for Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN):
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- Must have an up-to-date NMC pin number
- Nursing Home experience
- Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice
- Right to Work within the UK as we don’t provide sponsorship
- Experience of producing well developed care plans & risk assessments
- Excellent time management
- A caring and compassionate personality
- High level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- Must be able to complete an enhanced DBS check or have a clear DBS on the update DBS service.
