Job description
The Jensten Group Marketing team are looking for a bright, inquisitive, and self-starting Marketing Operations Executive to join our driven Marketing Team, initially on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The purpose of this role is to manage the operational and project / change work within the marketing team, including running the marketing workstreams for integrating acquired businesses and rebrands, and managing core marketing technology.
This is a fantastic role for a focussed and project orientated marketing generalist looking to progress in their career in a high growth,
fast paced environment.
This position is a remote position based in the UK, but occasional travel maybe required for stakeholder or team meetings.
Some key objectives & responsibilities will include :
- Collaborate with the integration team to understand and action the typical task list during the integration stage, including domain transfers, web hosting transfers, and social media account management.
- Gather relevant information from the acquired business to be able to handover to the Marketing team post-integration for BAU activity.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams to create internal and external M&A; communication plan, overseeing the execution.
- Craft communications for both internal and external audiences
- Work with the Marketing Managers to identify, document, and implement marketing processes that acquired businesses need to follow, ensuring adherence to FCA regulations and internal policies
- Review websites and marketing collateral of acquired businesses to ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Managers to address any areas requiring remedial action, such as updating website copy or ensuring the functionality of contact forms.
- Platform Management - Oversee daily uploads and monthly reporting alongside the data and operations team and manage the set-up of accounts for different brands
- Maintain a contracts tracker for all external marketing suppliers, ensuring that renewal and notice dates are clearly logged.
- Run pre-set reports on broker systems to compile monthly financial performance reports for the marketing team
About you
As our starting Marketing Operations Executive, you will need to be a proactive,
have the ability to build good working relationships both internally and externally, to disseminate complex detail into simple and straightforward communications and the capability to multitask.
We are looking to attract somebody with proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on deadlines and quality.
You’ll also be or have :
- Experience of managing projects, ideally within a marketing capacity, with insurance industry knowledge being beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Be extremely organised with a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in compliance, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong IT skills and ideally experience of GA4,
SEO, PPC and social media platforms
- Experience of creating content company website, social media, email campaigns and events
