As our next Night Team Leader, you
Provide guidance and support to the team, managing hotel operations during the night.
Undertake night audits and corridor checks to make sure everyone in the hotel is safe and looked after.
Are an autonomous and passionate individual, confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments, ensuring a continuous link between night and day.
Work duty manager shifts as and when required

Our hotel offers 206 rooms, and a leisure centre, which includes gym, swimming pool, sauna and steaming room.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English and have previous experience in a Reception role.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
