Working closely with the Customer Service Manager, you’ll ensure our GXP areas operate smoothly, enabling us to create a vibrant and efficient workplace.

you’ll play an integral part in maintaining customer satisfaction by supporting various operational activities.This is an opportunity to showcase your service expertise, make a meaningful impact, and grow within a company dedicated to enhancing quality of life.

What you’ll do:

- Support the Customer Service Manager in delivering soft services across the designated area.
- Resolve customer complaints and foster high satisfaction levels.
- Aid in team appraisals, employee engagement, and managing performance records.
- Participate in audits, follow up on action items, and maintain internal compliance standards.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and service innovations.
- Respond to emergency calls as per protocols and escalate issues when necessary.

What you bring:

- Strong customer focus with the ability to motivate teams to achieve high service standards.
- Proven experience in professional communication and working with stakeholders of all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good IT skills.






- An eagerness to learn about Facilities Management at a large GMP manufacturing site.
