We are excited to be recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to work at Cleveland Clinic London.
Location : Cleveland Clinic London
Rate of pay : £13.15 per hour
Working pattern : As required
Requirements :
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or similar role is a plus, but not essential.

Key responsibilities
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including floors, work surfaces, and storage areas.
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling in accordance with our sustainability practices.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in all tasks.
- Clean and Maintain Equipment : Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean, sanitized, and properly stored.
- Keep Kitchen Areas Tidy : Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen floors, work surfaces, and storage areas.
- Assist with Food Preparation : Support the kitchen team by performing basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Manage Waste and Recycling : Dispose of waste correctly and manage recycling following our sustainability guidelines.
- Ensure Hygiene and Safety : Adhere to high standards of hygiene and safety in all tasks, contributing to a safe working environment.
