Our client, a successful law firm, are looking for a Legal Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in their Cardiff office. With a large network across the West, this is an exciting opportunity for an eager individual with a background in residential conveyancing to move up the ladder within a large firm on a longstanding career.
Main responsibilities of a Legal Conveyancing Assistant include:
• Preparing correspondence and administration using a CMS
• Liaising with clients both over the telephone and face to face, delivering excellent, professional customer service
• Scanning, photocopying and audio typing of information across multiple formats
• Diary management and administrative support to the Solicitors
We are looking for someone with:
• Demonstratable experience within a residential conveyancing environment
• Strong audio typing skills, from dictation
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data entry
• A methodical, organised approach to work
• Good communication skills
