Salary: £55,000 - £61,000 per annum
Working hours: Full-time (36 hours per week) or Part-time (30 hours per week)
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our community pharmacy in Newbury and make a real impact on people’s lives. Whether you’re supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day.
Your main responsibilities as a Pharmacy Manager:
You will deliver a range of NHS and private services and provide healthcare advice to customers. You will play an active role in our charity support program,
giving advice to people at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. You will lead, train, and develop colleagues. You will build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs’ surgeries. You will ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items. You will use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available to meet our customers’ needs.
What we are looking for in a Pharmacy Manager:
- Pharmacy Degree
- GPHC Registration
- Leadership Skills: Passionate about leading and empowering a team.
