The vacancy
Alton Cars Ltd, one of the UK’s largest independent Group of Accident Repair Centres, with a network of 16 sites located across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Humberside, and Merseyside with a projected turnover of £60m for 2023 and employing over 440 staff, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Harrogate Site.

This role is a customer service role, where you will keep customers updated on the status of their repairs,
book them in for repairs, and arrange collection and deliveries (having the ability to co-ordinate with the drivers in this respect). Training will be provided.
In addition, we need our Customer Service Advisor’s to take ownership and full responsibility of what they do, being able to work independently and at times on their own.
We are looking for individuals who have the can-do attitude and are willing to help everyone at site and be able to get stuck in and being flexible, but equally be able to have a laugh along the way.
This role comes with a salary of £26,200.00, along with Bonus Opportunities. (Core hours are 8am to 5pm). In addition, you will also receive:
