i-teachers are working with a brilliant secondary school located in the Birmingham area who are eager to find a dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate Science Support Tutor to provide 1 : 1 & small group support for their GCSE students for the coming academic year.
Science Support Tutor Role Information :
- Monday to Friday role paying £85 per day during term time
- Based in one secondary school
- September 2024 July 2025 contracted position
- FREE online CPD courses Mental Health, SEN & Safeguarding
- Located just outside of Birmingham city centre area (B12)
- Providing 1 : 1 & small group GCSE Science support
- Creating support sessions based student’s academic weak-points
Science Support Tutor Applicant Requirements :
- Minimum 2 : 1 UK based Science university degree
- Strong academic background
- Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or coaching desirable
- Naturally outgoing and dedicated individual
- Good organisation & communication skills
- Passionate about a career working within the Science subject
