Hays are recruiting on behalf of a North-West based constructionpany that has experienced continuous growth since its inception.

This growth, includes 2 new residential projects beginning in the Northwest meaning they are now looking for a dedicated, experienced Site Manager with a strong background in residential construction to oversee projects in the Causeway Coast and Glens borough of Northern Ireland.

Your new role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a number of new build social housing schemes,





ensuring these future homes meet the criteria specified by the client.

The ideal candidate will have experience working to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality, health & safety.

As Site Manager the expectancy will be to have excellent technical experience, ordering materials and supervising subcontractors.

You will be tasked with motivating the team day-to-day in order to ensure that projects are met within time and budget.

What you'll need to succeed

As Site Manager you will have clearmunication skills and be able to express requirements to junior engineers, sub-contractors, statutory bodies and liaise with client representatives in order to lead an effective and efficient team.

You will be tasked with ensuring the project is kept on track and within budget, whilst keeping a focus on health and safety protocol.

It is required that you have suitable experience as a Site Manager working on medium-scale residential developments. Furthermore, you must hold a valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS,





or SMSTS training certificate.

Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager is critical in order to effectively fulfil this role.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knitpany on a local project with no requirement to travel.

Upon the successful delivery of this initial project, you can be assured of long-term work in NI.
