In this role, you’ll oversee a dynamic team of 10 , including Operatives and a Supervisor, at our 24 / 5 manufacturing plant .
You’ll work closely with Senior Management to drive Health & Safety excellence , boost production output , and manage workforce availability , ensuring smooth operations through holiday approvals, overtime allowances, and shift cover.
This is your opportunity to step up and shape the future of the plant! You’ll be at the forefront of key day-to-day decisions while playing a vital role in long-term strategy.

Requirements
