What is the role?
Being a Care Professional involves supporting with several tasks :
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes.
- Assist with daily activities such a personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and dignity.
- Build meaningful relationships and engage in social activities with clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families and healthcare professionals.

- Minimum 1-hour calls with client matching for continuity.
- Schedule Availability - We are looking for candidates who are available to work from 5pm to 10 : 30pm and weekends all-day.

Qualifications
