As a Deputy General Manager, you’ll keep the hotel running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us.
Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be working alongside the General Manager and be responsible for the operations, ensure every stay is extra special and inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.

As a Deputy General Manager, you will :
- Be yourself!
- Set guest satisfaction targets and ensure these are met, using guests’ feedback and surveys
- Lead from the front and get stuck in you’re the face of the hotel operation!
- Regularly inspect rooms to ensure our product is to brand standard
- Mentor team members in your hotel, who are undertaking in-house Learning & Development programmes in support of their career
- Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team
- Host weekly operations meetings to discuss events and groups you’ll liaise with the Meetings & Events team to ensure your hotel is ready to deliver!
