Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Foster a love of art and creativity in students, encouraging them to express themselves through various artistic mediums.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, contributing to the vibrant school culture.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant Art teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Art curriculum and ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for art education.
