The Concept :
Join an entrepreneurial restaurant group with ambitious plans and immerse yourself in a vibrant, welcoming, high-end culinary experience.
The Role :
This is a new opening coming to the city andthe ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a pedigree that spans a rich history in the restaurant industry.
This is set to be high volume and therefore we need to see this in your experience circa £10million. You will be part of the project and openings team through with training and development and open to mentorship from a solid Operations Director.
A multifaceted role with Lounge, bar,
Rooftop and Events this all needs to be in your locker. This role is an opportunity for creative decision-makers who are eager to unleash their entrepreneurial flair while upholding the restaurant's core values.
It's a dream role for those who are passionate about taking dining experiences to new heights.
Who They Should Be :
- The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of high volume and fast paced coupled with a premium yet fun service.
- Your background will reflect a solid foundation in bar management, coupled with robust restaurant operations experience in a premium setting.
- Energy, passion, and a sense of ownership are non-negotiable.
- Commercial and financial acumen will be their guiding compass.
- This role requires a hands-on approach, as you'll be expected to work the floor on occasion and be a source of inspiration for the team.
- The ability to find solutions and manage the business comprehensively, with meticulous attention to detail, is essential.
