Employment Type : Full-Time

About the company :

My client is a premier project and development management company specializing in delivering bespoke luxury properties for high-net-worth individuals worldwide.

With projects ranging from high-end residences in Mayfair and New York townhouses to luxurious hotels across the UK, US, Middle East, and Europe, they set the standard for excellence in the industry.

The primary office is located in a beautifully refurbished space near Waterloo station.

The Role :

As a People Coordinator you will be at the heart of our HR and Operations teams,

ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities while also supporting operational and technological projects.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for people and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You’ll work closely with the Head of People, and sometimes support the Director of Operations & Technology to support the UK and international teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft and manage contracts, onboarding documents, and other essential employee documentation.

- Operations Support : Assist the Director of Operations & Technology with tasks such as report generation, coordinating small projects, and developing dashboards.
- Employee Engagement & Communications : Support the development and delivery of internal communications, including newsletters, corporate updates, and engagement surveys.

You’ll help keep our team informed and connected across multiple locations.

Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles, including liaising with third-party agencies.

You’ll also coordinate the recruitment process for senior-level positions.

- Learning & Development : Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and impactful. Maintain accurate training records and support the overall learning and development strategy.
- Project Involvement : Participate in and lead various People and Culture projects, from the complete review of our employee handbook to business continuity planning.

Who We’re Looking For :

- Educational Background : A degree in HR or similar (Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field) is preferred.
- Experience : At least 2 years of experience in an HR,

operations, or similar role. You should be comfortable with basic HR and administrative tasks and be ready to learn and grow in the role.
- Skills : Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different cultures, personalities, and seniorities.

You should be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Personality : We’re looking for someone ambitious, who gravitates towards taking initiative, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team.

What We Offer :

- Competitive Salary & Benefits : £40k £45k, 35 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), critical health insurance, health cash plan (including gym discounts), life assurance,

and a range of salary sacrifice schemes (e.g., cycle to work).
- Dynamic Office Environment : Work from our stylish Waterloo office, with the flexibility to work from home once a week after settling into the role.
- Vibrant Culture : Join a young, dynamic team that values hard work and recognizes achievements. Enjoy quarterly team dinners in Mayfair, bi-monthly social events like go-karting and escape rooms, and regular office treats.

Culture :

My client believes in working hard and celebrating our successes together. The culture is high-performance yet collaborative, with plenty of opportunities to socialize and build strong team relationships, making sure to balance the demands of our work with plenty of fun and recognition.
