Job summary
To support the administrative functions within the Out-patient Booking Team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
This post will be based within the Outpatient Booking Team and flexibility to work in all sections of the department will be expected on completion of training.
Undertake the apprenticeship within agreed timescales.
Main duties of the job
- Under supervision uploading of referral letters to the Evolve scanning system including.
- Developed to Process RAS referrals
- Developed to provide administrative support across the department by printing and processing worklists from the national e-Referral System onto the Patient Administration System
- Encouraged to participate in team working,
ensuring workloads across the department are prioritised and up to date, this includes all office duties
- Supported to make telephone calls to appropriate staff or departments to resolve issues.
- Developed to sort and distribute incoming post to the relevant teams

Job responsibilities
- Undertake Electronic scanning on the Evolve system.
- Make telephone calls to appropriate staff or departments so any issues can be resolved.
- Sort and distribute incoming post to the relevant teams.
- Undertake any training required for the role.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
