JOB TITLE : Property Litigation Lawyer

The appointed Property Litigation Lawyer will be dealing with a range of complex Residential Property claims, including, but not limited to, boundary disputes, nuisance claims and property damage matters.
- You will provide legal advice and representation to clients on a range of Property Law issues. As well as,
drafting legal documents, including court pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements.
- Applications are welcome from experienced Property Litigation Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals who will have gained a minimum of 4 years’ experience dealing will all types of property claims from inception and throughout litigation of Fast and Multi-track claims
- Our client will offer flexible working arrangements with 3 days a week worked remotely and 2 days a week worked in the office based in West Yorkshire.
