Job Opportunity : Intermediate MEP CAD Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :
As an Intermediate MEP CAD Coordinator, you will :
- Effectively manage and coordinate MEP design projects from stages 2-4.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of CAD packages,
with a preference for candidates with Revit MEP experience, although not required.
- Lead and influence others during coordination meetings, ensuring that collaboration results in high-quality outcomes.
- Spearhead departmental initiatives, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
- Commit to ongoing personal and professional development, staying abreast of industry standards and technologies.
- Represent the firm with professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in MEP CAD coordination within a consultancy or project environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate team interactions and client meetings.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting deadlines and pushing project boundaries.
