Location : Newcastle & Sunderland
Salary : £55,000 + car & bonus
I am recruiting for a leading QSR brand known for their commitment to quality food and exceptional customer service. I am seeking a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee these bustling locations in Newcastle and Sunderland.

Key Responsibilities of the Area Manager
- Manage daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Ensure all stores meet the company’s operational standards and exceed financial goals.
- Lead, coach,
and inspire teams to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement strategies to increase profitability, streamline operations, and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Regularly evaluate store performance, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster strong community relations and represent the brand at local events.
The right Area Manager
- Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar managerial role in the QSR or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and consumer preferences in Newcastle and Sunderland.
- A passion for food and creating exceptional customer experiences.
