Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Foster a love of literature and language in students of all abilities.
- Develop and implement creative and challenging lesson plans.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
What We’re Looking For :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge with a passion for English literature and language.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative approach to teaching.
- Commitment to student success and an ability to motivate and inspire.
