We are recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator to manage and complete tasks within a busy warehouse facility based in Eastleigh.
The role responsibilities for the Warehouse Coordinator will include :
- Booking in and checking deliveries
- Preparing parts for dispatch
- Managing administration of parts deliveries
- Managing and organising courier collections for orders
- Ensuring stock levels are accurate at all times
- Ensuring the warehouse etiquette is on form
- Ensuring that the work flow process in the warehouse is managed
- Administrating and maintaining a healthy stock kit profile
- Identifying slow moving stock items
While the role is primarily administration,
the ideal candidate will be pro active and help around the warehouse.
You will have strong administration skills, and high attention to detail.
The company will train, and pay for a forklift licence.

Schedule :
- 8 hour shift 06 : 00 - 14 : 00
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
