Responsibilities
As a result of growth and expansion of the business an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Controller to join the Finance team to take responsibility for group accounts, including :
- Oversight of month-end close of UK and French group entities
- Financial regulatory reporting in the UK and France review, submission, co-ordination withpliance department, implementation of new requirements when they arise, regulatory capital forecast
- Preparation of group consolidated accounts
- Preparation of statutory accounts and management of year-end audit of UK and French entities and the group
- Management of co-investment vehicle oversight of administration and preparation of accounts,
preparation of information required for limited partnership tax returns, management of loan scheme
- Management of shareholding scheme - oversight of administration and preparation of accounts, management of loan scheme
- Management of two direct reports
- Develop and maintain group accounting policies and procedures
- Identify and implement improvements to drive more robust and efficient operational processes for financial reporting
- Support strategic projects and other ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
- The successful candidate will play an important and integral role in the ongoing development of the Finance function to support the continued growth of the business.
