Level 3 Teaching Assistants Needed
We are currently recruiting a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers, assisting in delivering high-quality education and supporting students both academically and emotionally.
Role Responsibilities :
- Work one-on-one or with small groups of students, providing tailored support.
- Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons.
- Support students with additional needs, ensuring they are fully included in classroom activities.
- Help to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress.
Requirements :
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working in primary or secondary schools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and build strong relationships with students and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
