NWCare is an award winning company with over 50 years experience in healthcare.
Due to expansion of service, we are now recruiting for 30 community care workers across County Fermanagh.

We have a range of flexible full time or part time rotas available.

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas.
We work off a 4 / 3 rota pattern, as follows : -
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided in our in-house training academy.
Essential
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised / professional / caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health & Social Care
- Care about the community they live in
