The role is Chef de Partie position and is to help deliver an exceptional dining experience and most importantly be a role model and have a fantastic attitude working with in a brigade of 34 chefs.
You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day running of your section.
Working with the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef you will help create menu’s for the 3 rosette restaurant using the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award winning meats, fish and cheese fresh from surrounding area.
