I am currently looking for a Graduate Support Analyst to join the team and help to continue the success of this amazing company.
As a Support Analyst, you will :
- Solve system user problems and resolve customer issues.
- Advise users on maximising the System functionality.
- Help customers configure the System to meet their business needs.
- Identify and suggest ideas for new functionalities and services.
- Visit customers to identify opportunities for improved system use.
- Support other teams in testing new releases of the System.
Candidate Profile :
- A 2 : 1 or above in an analytical degree subject.
- Excellent A-levels including Mathematics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Logical, organised, and practical approach.
- Confidence and eagerness to take on responsibility.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in computer literacy Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build professional relationships.
- Interest in technology and a passion for a software industry career.
