We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Teachers for both supply and long-term positions in the Bicester Area

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Lessons : Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

Assess Progress : Regularly assess and report on student progress, adapting teaching as needed.

Classroom Management : Create a positive learning environment that encourages good behaviour.

Support Students : Identify and support individual student needs to ensure their academic growth.

Engage Parents :





Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress.

Professional Growth : Participate in professional development and contribute to school activities. Safeguarding : Ensure student safety by following safeguarding policies.

Requirements :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2

Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to engage and motivate young learners

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
