We are seeking outstanding associates to join a premier Restructuring team in London, part of a globally renowned US law firm. Our client's team is led by a highly respected expert and advises an impressive range of clients, including leading asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, and corporates, on complex cross-border restructurings and innovative financing solutions.

Key Requirements:

- Excellent academics and E&W; qualification

- Up to 4 years' experience in a top-tier law firm

- Strong technical skills and ability to think creatively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Our clients London practice is recognised for its peerless expertise, judgment,





and credibility in leading complex restructurings and devising innovative financing solutions. As a member of this team, you will work with global clients on bespoke and complex transactions, including special situations debt transactions and stressed liability management.
