Your Responsibilities as a Solutions Architect:
- Architect next-gen systems: Design and lead the development of microservices architectures that power scalable, high-performance systems in a real-time environment.
- Set the standard: Drive excellence by promoting best practices, ensuring security, scalability, and availability are at the forefront of every solution.
- Collaborate for success: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Own the process: Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle to ensure solutions are built to last.
- Innovate constantly: Help refine architectures to enable the delivery of new and powerful product features that push the boundaries of the Payments industry.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Architectural expertise: Proven experience designing end-to-end application architectures for highly concurrent, real-time transactional systems.
- Technical mastery: Strong knowledge of Java, APIs,
and microservices architecture, with a history of delivering robust, scalable solutions.
- Holistic thinking: Experience addressing both functional and non-functional requirements, and creating comprehensive software architectures that are built to perform.
- Methodological know-how: Familiarity with modern development approaches such as Agile, TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Collaborative communicator: Exceptional communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Industry experience: While experience in the Payments industry is a plus, your passion for problem-solving and innovation is what matters most.
