Hybrid/Remote: Occasional office visits to either their Manchester or London office.

One of the UK's fastest-growing businesses is currently looking for a Head of Paid Social, to join them for 12 month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to lead a highly experienced Paid Social team within a very prestigious agency.

You will be owning the paid social channel for this integrated agency; evolving this proposition internally and for clients, ensuring best practice and fostering great relationships with partners. We're looking for an experienced leader, with strong management skills and ability to drive forward paid strategy.

Responsibilities:







- Develop and implement paid social strategies that align with client objectives and drive results.
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve exceptional performance, ensuring strong retention and engagement; resource, develop, and plan for team growth, ensuring each team member has a clear development path.
- Meet commercial targets and drive the function’s profitability and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients
- Spearhead the paid social function within agency, staying close to latest trends and developments and communicating changes within internal senior stakeholders

Requirements:

- Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone with previous Agency experience
- At least 7 years Paid Social experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Analytical skills and adhering to paid social best practice
