Home, a place where you belong

Are you a natural night owl who thrives when the world is sleeping? If you are energised by the idea of staying active through the night and making a real difference to people's lives, we want you to join our team. At Home Group we are on the lookout for passionate and proactive Housing Concierges to help keep our customers, some who have quite complex care needs, safe and our services secure.

Typical shift as a Housing Concierge

As a supported Housing Concierge you will be the first point of contact for our customers ensuring their safety and security throughout the night. You'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether it's managing the health and safety of the building or responding to emergencies, every shift will create new challenges and the opportunity to make a positive impact.

- Managing health and safety, patrolling the building, ensuring fire doors are secure and the building is safe for our customers.
- Responding swiftly to any situation, using your quick thinking and problem solving skills to keep everything running smoothly.
- Helping to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, so you don't mind picking up a mop or broom when needed.

You'll go home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better, working for one of the top ten Great Place to Work in the UK.

You bring

- You recognise when things are about to go wrong and are confident intervening in a sensitive way.
- A team player with the confidence to work alone. Don’t worry you’ll have the full back up of our wider team including our out of hours emergency support team.

Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.
