As the Area Manager for Stack Leisure, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and ensuring the success of our venues within your designated area. Reporting to the Operation Director, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and maximising profitability across multiple locations. You will regularly work with in venues to enhance knowledge of each business whilst being on hand to support when needed. Working during peak hours is required to maintain a good understanding of busy periods in each business.

Roles and Responsibilities

Operational Management:

- Oversee operation of all venues within the designated area.






- Implement and enforce operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance of all venues including but not limited to quarterly audits
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labour, GP and general costs.
- Liaise with Operations Director to ensure venues are driving sales working with in budgets

Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor management teams and staff members to ensure service excellence and a positive work culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drive individual and team growth.
- Create a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages leadership, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Financial Management:







- Develop and manage annual budgets for each venue, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and financial targets.
- Analyse financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimise revenue and control costs.
- Work with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company requirements.

Guest Experience and Quality Assurance:

- Champion a guest focussed approach, prioritising customer satisfaction and loyalty through service and attention to detail.
- Work with Customer Experience Manager to conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the venues customer experience
- Review guest feedback reports and action plans to continuously enhance the guest experience and drive positive reviews.







Sales and Marketing Support:

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to drive occupancy, increase revenue, and promote brand awareness.
- Liaise with sales and marketing team to review venue offerings to ensure they are on trend and relevant to the venues
- Review pre- booked sales with Senior Sales Manager to encourage growth across venues

Requirements

Must Have:

- Personal license.
- At least 5 years of Senior management experience in hospitality.
- Experience in multi site high volume teams
- Driving Licence

Preferred:

- Experience in entertainment venues
- First aid training certificate.
- Experience with Zonal EPOS systems
- 10 years in hospitality management
