Salary: Up to £40,000+ Benefits.

Location: Wembley

Compass Associates are partnering with one the UK’s largest homecare providers, offering person-centered care to elderly individuals in nationwide.

Requirements:

Our client is looking for a caring and passionate individual, who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining an excellent service in Wembley.

You will need to be an efficient,





organised and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care with solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to the group’s range of services. You will also need good budget, business management and commercial skills to succeed in this role.

- A proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
- A very good understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- Experience in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Full UK drivers’ licence.
- The ability to build fantastic working relationships.
- Strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
- The drive and motivation to develop our care services.
- Strong organisational, communication and planning skills.
- Flexible to meet the demands of the business.

Location:

This position is based in Wembley and is commutable from Harlesden, Perivale, Cricklewood, Harrow and Northolt.
