Our client is aspecialisttechnologyrecruitment businessthat focus on placing technology professionals into clients acrossUK, Europe and USA.
All their startershavestartedwith little or no experience in recruitment and have gone onto build successful careers fromtheir tailor made training academywith their on site trainer+ Founders to keep upskilling and developing in one of the mostBOUYANTand ever changing industries in the world!
With the 2 founders having a combined 40years experiencein the tech spacetheres no better people to learn off and Excel your careers at a fast rate.
Working with some big clients such asMonzo, ASOS, Skyand Crypto blockchainto name a few with all their employee getting discounts with the clients they work with-
Over the next 3 years they are scaling up from 50 to 250+ peoplewith them opening their first New York Office in the summer of 2024- The Start of an exciting journey!!!
They are looking to expand out into the US market with Double fees and double salaries in the next year meaning anyone who joins now will have the opportunity to move out to the US with them funding visas and handling the whole process.
What they offer as aTrainee Recruitment Consultant:
-Competitive base salary of £25k to£28k after 3 months-OTE of £45-£55k in the first year and only going to increase year on year-Commission structures that go up to 50%-Fast track to management within the first 12months-On site trainer to ensure continuous learning and development-International opportunities + Relocationpackages-Meals at Michelin restaurants, boat trips, holidays awayto Ibiza, Marbella,-Rolex giveaways in Decemberfor top billers-Early finish Fridaysat 2pm with fully stocked beer fridges-Office dog(Head of people)
What youll be doing asaTrainee Recruitment Consultant:
-Youll be learning on the job how to identify and build relationships with potential clients and headhunt the very best technology professionals on the market for their live vacancies.-Cold calling potential clients.-Calling candidate to keep up-to-date.-Job searching/matching.-Writing job ads.-Interview feedback/follow up.-Team meeting.-Interviewing candidates
What they are looking for in their nextTrainee Recruitment Consultant:
-Degree Educated AND/ OR-2 years in a target driven rolewhere you have hit targets and excelled-strong team background Sports, Societies etc.-Naturally Drivento succeed-Ambitious dont want tocruise, want to exceed all targets and make a real career for yourself-Organisedwith your work behind the scenes-Great Communicatorwith colleagues, clients and candidates-40minute commute into Vauxhall
