We are a leading private mental health service provider dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to our patients. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Clinician Resourcing Manager to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our clinicians are effectively utilised to deliver exceptional quality care to our patients.

The Clinician Resourcing Manager will lead and motivate a small team responsible for forecasting clinician resourcing,





working closely with the Talent Acquisition and operational areas whilst maintaining excellent relationships with Business Development, Operations and Marketing to understand the changes that may impact clinician demand. You will oversee the monthly audit of clinician availability and utilisation, and strategically plan resource allocation to maximise the use of clinician resources.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an analytical role and be adept in Excel, data analysis and systems management. Excellent analytical skills are required to inform decision making and you must be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness. Experience of managing and motivating a team is essential along with the ability to work in a fast-paced data driven environment.

Key responsibilities:







- Lead the development of a requirements document in relation to digitalizing workforce planning. Identify and demo any systems and lead the implementation of any new tech/system, working closely with Ops and Product/Tech.
- Ensure that all systems, processes and communication is set up in such a way to operate a transferable workforce
- Act as intermediary between NHS and Private and any other clinical areas of the business to ensure that clinicians time is maximized and peaks and troughs in demand are spread as far as possible
- Be responsible for and work with the Talent Acquisition/HR/Operations/L&D; teams to effectively induct new clinicians and ensure that they are actively engaged with the business
- Set up and run a bank of clinician staff who can support short term peaks in demand






- Reporting of key monthly clinician MI, including weekly sickness/absence and exception events
- Escalate serious concerns to Clinician Manager/Clinical Lead/Director or Head of Ops/HR
- Support the Operations team with handling administrative areas of clinician management such as overseeing annual leave/ensuring it is taken, ensuring CPD is up to date.
- Work with L&D;/Onboarding to ensure that clinicians mandatory/any training is up to date, time is allocated from schedules to allow training to take place
- Work with Finance to resolve clinician payment matters
- Manage delivery and content of Clinician induction including key policy distribution
- Interview candidates under clinical oversight






- Maintain accurate comprehensive account of all clinicians in post (to enable internal communication with clinical leadership through newsletter etc)
- Ensure systems are kept up to date in relation to any onboarding, offboarding or changes for clinicians

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years proven experience in an analytical role, tackling demand/supply challenges
- Bachelor s degree in an analytical field such as Math, Engineering, Sciences, Economics, Data Analytics
- Excellent excel, data analysis and systems experience
- Experience with developing and maintaining a large number of relationships
- Experience of reporting KPIs and creating dashboards to senior management and boards
- Experience of managing and motivating a team
- Experience working in a fast paced, data driven environment
- Excellent analytical skills.






- Able to analyse data to inform decision making
- Strong commercial awareness

Remuneration and Benefits:

This role is a full-time, remote role with regular travel to London, approximately 1-2 times per month to attend meetings.
We re offering remote working in this role. You ll be fully equipped to enable you to work from home.
25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays.
