Our client is a residential property specialist looking to appoint a conveyancer to the Altrincham office. Based across the UK and offices in London, Manchester and Liverpool – this is a chance to enter an established practice and a national client base. We are looking for a residential conveyancer to join our dynamic, modern firm based in Altrincham.

As an established practice, there are plenty routes to growth including complex conveyancing work and chances to obtain a training contract.





This firm has a huge onsite conveyancing team in Altrincham. We are open to all levels of conveyancers to join the team from fee earners and qualified candidates or experience equivalent.

The Role Responsible for a volume caseload

Full caseload of conveyancing files

Mortgages, leases, purchases and sales

Running 60-100 files in caseload

To be considered, you must have 3+ years in conveyancing at a law firm. We are open to qualified candidates or experience equivalent. Company Benefits20 days holidays, with annual 1 day increment up to 25 days plus Bank HolidaysFlexible holiday scheme
