HGV Administrator (Part time)
Location : Glasgow
Hours : 20 hour week
Salary : £11.94ph
About your new company :
My client is a large independent HGV Maintenance company with several depots around Scotland. They have been established for over 60 years and are the leaders in bulk transport, they are constantly investing in their fleet ensuring the highest standards of working conditions.
Their huge fleet consists of over 160 vehicles, over 500 trailers and tankers. Due to their continued success they are now looking for a skilled HGV Administrator to join their ever growing team.
HGV Administrator duties include
- Processing all job cards and time sheets for the technicians
- Booking in work
- Processing all jobs on the internal system
- Coordinate work requirements effectively with all other departments.
- Dealing with all tyre information
- Update system with purchased parts and maintain stock levels
- Dealing with all external invoices
- General day to day duties of HGV Administrator
In order to qualify for the role, the successful HGV Administrator will have,
- Must have GCSE English and maths
- Must be confident with computers
- Must have a good knowledge of using Microsoft software
- Must have experience in commercial automotive industry
- Experience using Kerridge
- Must have experience working in a commercial vehicle business, specifically HGVs
